Itineraries and recommendations generated by Zypaway's AI are provided for informational and planning purposes only. While we strive for accuracy, AI-generated content may contain errors, outdated information, or inaccuracies. You should independently verify important details such as:
All content, features, and functionality of Zypaway — including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, software, and AI models — are owned by Zypaway and protected by intellectual property laws. You retain ownership of any personal content you upload. Itineraries generated for you may be used, shared, and modified for your personal use.
Paid plans are billed in advance on a monthly or annual basis. You may cancel your subscription at any time from your account settings. Refunds are handled on a case-by-case basis within the first 14 days of a new subscription.
Zypaway shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the service. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid for the service in the 12 months preceding the claim. We are not responsible for travel outcomes, bookings, or decisions made based on AI-generated recommendations.
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account if you violate these Terms. Upon termination, your right to use the service ceases immediately, though we will retain your data for a reasonable period to allow data export.
