Data storage

Your data is stored securely using Google Firebase (Google Cloud, Sydney region where available). Passwords are handled exclusively by Firebase Authentication and are never stored in our systems.

Terms of Service

By using Zypaway you agree to these terms. These terms are governed by the laws of Victoria, Australia.

1. Use of the service

You must be 13 years or older to use Zypaway
You are responsible for all content you post
Do not post illegal, harmful, or misleading content
Do not impersonate others or misrepresent your identity

2. Business listings

All paid listings must represent legitimate Australian businesses
We reserve the right to remove listings that violate our policies
Refunds are assessed on a case-by-case basis

3. Intellectual property

Zypaway and its content are owned by Zypaway Pty Ltd. You retain ownership of content you post but grant us a licence to display it on the platform.

4. Limitation of liability

Zypaway is provided "as is". We are not liable for any indirect or consequential damages arising from use of the platform to the extent permitted by Australian Consumer Law.

5. Changes to terms

We may update these terms with reasonable notice. Continued use of the service constitutes acceptance of updated terms.
